Darren has worked with top yacht brands like Sunreef and Denison, where he excelled as a build specialist and technical advisor, ensuring seamless integration of new build yachts into the USA and Caribbean markets.  His comprehensive maritime qualifications, including MCA Master 500GT and numerous certifications, underscore his capability to provide top-tier technical and practical guidance.

A certified 100 Ton Near Masters USCG Captain, Kyle pilots the seamless operation of Revolution’s fleet. His extensive responsibilities range from overseeing warranty and after-sales service to conducting sea trials and training Captains and Owners. Regular shipyard visits allow him to provide technical support and ensure the highest standards of quality are met throughout the build process.

Kyle's adventurous spirit extends beyond the maritime world, evident in his journeys from the northern to southern tip of New Zealand and his hike to the base of Mt. Everest. He also holds a Private Pilot's License and is a PADI Divemaster/Instructor.  This passion for exploration fuels his commitment to ensuring our clients embark on their own extraordinary adventures with confidence and peace of mind.

Jean-Marc Zanni, Technical Consultant at Revolution Marine Group V, brings over 20 years of expertise in high-voltage electrical systems and clean energy solutions. As the founder of AE&M Engineering, he has developed innovative hybrid energy solutions for marine applications, focusing on optimizing power systems for saltwater environments.

Zanni's experience spans from designing complete electric systems for renowned boat manufacturers to pioneering proprietary software control technology for optimal energy management. His in-depth knowledge of battery chemistry, solar power integration, and system optimization ensures that our clients benefit from the latest advancements in sustainable marine technology.

Juliana Miguel, a seasoned yacht designer, holds a Master’s in Yacht Design from Politecnico di Milano and a degree in Interior Design from Belas Artes University in São Paulo. With over a decade of experience in the global yachting industry, she has designed interiors for some of the most prestigious shipyards in Europe and Asia, mastering the art of blending luxury with innovation. Her expertise spans across space planning, material selection, and furniture design, with a particular focus on sustainable solutions..

With over a decade of experience spanning the maritime and yachting industries, Erika Boruff brings a distinctly comprehensive perspective to yacht sales. As former professional yacht crew, she developed hands-on expertise in vessel operations, guest services and the practical realities of life at sea. Combined with her work in yacht management, charter program development and new-build consulting, Erika has cultivated a deep understanding of both the operational and financial dynamics that drive the charter yacht market.

Erika’s professional credentials include a USCG Master 100 GT Captain’s License, NAUI Scuba Instructor certification, RYA Day Skipper, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She also holds a second degree in Culinary Arts, underscoring the versatility that distinguished her during her years as a charter chef. Her global cruising experience includes an Atlantic crossing, and with more than 25,000 nautical miles logged as crew, her seamanship and familiarity with international cruising grounds are well established.

Michelle is a charter yacht broker with more than five years of experience arranging luxury yacht vacations throughout the Caribbean. Before becoming a broker, she spent years working as yacht crew in the Virgin Islands and the Bahamas, gaining practical insight into the destinations, the lifestyle, and the guest experience. Growing up on the water made her transition into the yachting industry feel natural and shaped the way she understands boating and hospitality. 

Her onboard background gives her a strong foundation for guiding clients through the charter process with clarity and ease. She enjoys taking clients through the entire process, helping them understand how charters work, and making sure they feel supported from the initial inquiry all the way through their trip.
